Description
Sterilpeg is a medical device in powder form for extemporaneous oral suspension, useful in the treatment of constipation.
Particularly indicated for chronic constipation and occasional bowel irregularity.
Sterilpeg can be used from 6 months of age.

Ingredients
One full dose contains: 10 g of Macrogol 3350, divided into 2 sachets of 5 g each (half dose).
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of 1 whole sachet (10 g) in about 125 ml (one glass) of still water, stirring well.
Increase to 150 ml for children.
Drink the reconstituted solution.
The half dose (5 g) can be dissolved in about half a glass of still water (62.5 ml).
Take STERILPEG away from meals.
From 6 months to 2 years (up to 12 kg): the contents of half a sachet (5 g) 1 or 2 times a day.
From 2 to 11 years (from 12 kg to 20 kg): the contents of one whole sachet (10 g) 1 or 2 times a day.
Over 11 years (or >20 kg) and adults: the contents of one whole sachet (10 g) 1 to 3 times a day.

Warnings
The daily dose can be divided into several administrations.
The dose can be increased or decreased depending on individual response to treatment. In any case, consult a doctor.
Use in children only on medical advice. Take Sterilpeg preferably away from meals.
Not recommended for children under 6 months of age. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
