Food supplement of iron and vitamins, useful for countering tiredness and fatigue. Iron takes part in the physiological processes of red blood cell and haemoglobin formation, contributing to normal oxygen transport in the body; vitamin C increases its absorption and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, while folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute, respectively, to haematopoiesis and to the formation of red blood cells.

Ingredients
Ferrous bisglycinate; maltodextrins; food-grade gelatin capsule; ascorbyl palmitate; calcium ascorbate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, seek medical advice.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its unopened pack.
