Description
OPTIVE FUSION UD is a single-dose, sterile, preservative-free solution containing sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, glycerin 1.0%, erythritol 0.5%, levocarnitine 0.25%, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate and purified water.

OPTIVE FUSION UD is suitable for use after LASIK surgery for relief from dryness and discomfort following the procedure.

OPTIVE FUSION UD is compatible with all contact lenses.

Instructions for use
Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Precautions
• Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• Do not swallow the solution
• To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not let the tip of the vial touch any surface and avoid direct contact with the eyes
• Do not use after the expiry date shown on the product
• Keep out of the reach of children
• Store at room temperature
• Wait 5 minutes before administering another ophthalmic product
• Do not use if the single-dose vial or the product packaging is damaged before use
• Use the vial once only and then discard it
• Do not use if the solution changes colour
• Keep away from sunlight

Warnings
This product contains no preservatives and must be used immediately after opening to avoid contamination that could cause eye infections.

Stop using the product and consult your doctor in case of eye pain, changes in vision, persistent redness or eye irritation, or if the condition worsens.

Presentation
OPTIVE FUSION UD is supplied in dedicated pouches. Each vial contains 0.4 ml of solution.

Packs containing 5 vials are supplied without the pouch.
