Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, carnitine tartrate, fructose, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, Sambucus Nigra L. dried berries on maltodextrins, flavourings and juice on maltodextrins and gum arabic, sweeteners (sorbitol, sucralose), anti-caking agents (amorphous silica, vegetable magnesium stearate).

Directions for use
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, take 1 sachet a day: pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (150 ml) and stir.
If possible, avoid acidic and/or fizzy drinks for dissolving the sachet. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, the powder in the sachet may remain partly in suspension when dissolved.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, healthy, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
