Ensure NutriVigor is a source of protein, calcium and vitamin D, which help maintain muscle mass and the normal function of muscles and bones. With vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic acid, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Calcium:

Directions for use
1-2 servings a day are recommended. In good health there are no contraindications to prolonged use of the product.
Pour about 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the tub) or 53.5 g of Ensure Nutrivigor.
Stir well or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. This makes a 230 ml serving. One 400 g tub provides about 8 servings.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 15 and 30°C.
Once prepared, keep covered in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not heat in the microwave and avoid extreme temperatures.
