Description
Symptomatic treatment of constipation. It supports peristalsis, helping to achieve adequate bowel movements, thus countering constipation and preventing the formation of faecalomas.
Macrogol is an inert, water-soluble, high-molecular-weight polymer able to bind the water taken with it and retain it in the stool. It rehydrates and softens the stool and makes evacuation easier. It speeds up intestinal transit by supporting peristalsis. It is not absorbed or metabolised in the gastrointestinal tract and does not cause water-electrolyte imbalances when taken with the indicated amount of liquid.

Ingredients
Macrogol, sucralose.

Directions for use
Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age, 1 to 4 sachets a day. The dose should be increased or decreased according to the individual response to treatment, so as to allow regular passage of soft stools. The maximum dose required does not normally exceed 4 sachets a day.
Dissolve the powder in water or another liquid (125 ml per sachet) and take immediately. If taking the minimum dose (1 sachet a day), take the product in the morning. For higher doses, divide intake between morning and evening. If no improvement is noticed after 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor.

Warnings
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Administration to children must be carried out under the direct supervision of an adult. Do not use if the packaging is open or damaged. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use the product under medical supervision. The product may reduce transit time in the intestine and therefore the absorption of oral medicines. Consult your doctor if taking oral medicines at the same time, which must in any case be taken at least 2 hours apart. In the event of adverse reactions, stop treatment and consult your doctor. Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the pack.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and sources of heat. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging.
