Food supplement based on Lactase (Beta-Galactosidase) to improve lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting it.
Lactase is an enzyme that helps break lactose down into two simple, easily digestible sugars, galactose and glucose. Taking Lactase shortly before consuming milk or dairy products, or at any meal containing lactose, improves lactose digestion.
To support the physiological metabolism of lactose, take one Mill&Joy chewable tablet before meals, preferably shortly before consuming milk, dairy products (butter, cheese, milk and milk derivatives) or other foods containing lactose.

Components
Lactase enzyme (Beta-Galactosidase 4,550 FCC units/tablet) 51.75 mg; Sweetener: Xylitab 200 (Xylitol, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose); Anti-caking agents: Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions for use
1-5 tablets per meal.
1 chewable tablet has enzymatic activity able to break down approximately 10 g of lactose (equivalent to approximately 200 ml of milk).
