Ingredients
KSM-66 ashwagandha extract [Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root d.e. titrated to 5% withanolides (contains milk)], capsule (gelatine, colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, indigo carmine), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
Take up to 2 capsules a day, with water.
