Description
Food supplement based on psyllium husk (Plantago ovata), useful for promoting regular intestinal transit as it supports normal stool volume and consistency. It promotes the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora thanks to its prebiotic effect. It also modulates the absorption of nutrients and supports the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Orange flavour.

Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) husk powder 99% pure, maltodextrin, orange fruit juice powder (maltodextrin), natural orange flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E 551); sweetener: sucralose (E 955); colour: beta-carotene [E 160 a (i)].

Gluten- and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 4 sachets during the day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of (still) water: put the powder in first, then the water.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and drink immediately. Take the product away from meals to promote intestinal regularity; before meals to modulate the absorption of nutrients.
Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medicines.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Also suitable during pregnancy. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take in case of established hypersensitivity to one or more of the product's components. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For optimal use of the product, consult your doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, at a temperature between 8 °C and 25 °C.
The expiry date refers to the product in its unopened packaging, correctly stored.
