Description
Medical device.
Non-hormonal vaginal gel containing hyaluronic acid and a patented mix of moisturising and restructuring agents. Its formulation counteracts vulvovaginal dryness and related discomfort. It acts as an intimate lubricant and moisturiser, helping to restore natural firmness and elasticity. Hyaluronic acid is the molecule responsible for maintaining correct tissue hydration and plays a fundamental role in the repair process. The liposomal phospholipid component of the gel improves its film-forming and protective properties and allows controlled release of hyaluronic acid through the vulvovaginal mucosa for prolonged effectiveness. The patented mix of ingredients, made up of ceramides, trehalose and lecithin, fully restores the physiological hydrolipidic film, re-establishing the structure of the protective epidermal barrier and ensuring a healthy level of hydration. Vitamin E works in synergy with hyaluronic acid, increasing tissue elasticity and slowing down the ageing process.
Easy to apply. Its pleasant, non-greasy texture ensures great comfort during application. Respects the physiological intimate pH. Condom compatible.
Indicated for:
- treatment of vulvovaginal dryness whatever the cause (stress, menopause): moisturising action;
- treatment of pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia): lubricating action;
- treatment of irritated mucosa or as a post-surgical treatment: restorative action.
Directions for use
The single-dose tubes are individually wrapped and can be used only once. Make sure your hands are clean.
1. Squeeze the tube to push the contents towards the tip.
B. Unscrew the protective cap, remove it from the applicator and throw it away.
C. Gently insert the tapered tip of the single-dose tube into the vagina (the reservoir must remain outside the body). Squeeze to apply the entire dose of product into the vagina. Withdraw the applicator and discard the single-dose pack.
- Moisturising/restorative action: apply internally 2 or 3 times a week until symptoms resolve. A small amount of product can be applied externally if necessary.
- Lubricating action: 1 application before or during sexual intercourse. Condom compatible.
Components
Hyaluronic acid (sodium salt), phospholipids, vitamin E acetate, trehalose, ceramide NS, hydrogenated lecithin, gelling and stabilising agents, purified water q.s. to 100.
Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components.
Do not apply to lesions.
Do not swallow.
Avoid contact with the eyes and eye area. May cause eye irritation. In case of accidental contact, rinse the area thoroughly with plenty of water for a few minutes.
No data are available on the use of the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding or in combination with other gynaecological treatments.
Avoid sharing.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use the product if the packaging appears damaged.
Do not use after the expiry date. The product has no contraceptive action. The product is compatible with natural latex condoms.
Use the product following the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
Avoid use for more than 30 days.
In case of doubt or allergic or hypersensitivity reactions, stop use immediately. If the unpleasant sensation persists, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Storage
Store at room temperature, away from sources of heat and sunlight.
