Novanight Triple Action is a food supplement in orodispersible sachets with a pleasant chamomile and citrus flavour, which dissolve directly on the tongue without the need for water. It is designed to accompany the evening routine of those who wish to promote relaxation and prepare for a good night's rest.

Composition

The formula combines three complementary components: melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of the time taken to fall asleep, magnesium, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness, and griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed dry extract standardised to 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan, together with L-tryptophan. The ingredients are completed by sweeteners (sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame K), maltodextrins, thickeners (acacia gum, xanthan gum), flavourings, acidity regulator citric acid and colour. The product is gluten-free.

Directions for use

Take one sachet in the evening, dissolving the contents directly in the mouth shortly before going to bed. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before going to bed.
