Ferramina Forte 30 Capsules

Ferramina Forte is a food supplement in capsules designed for those who wish to support their intake of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid during periods of deficiency or increased requirement. The formula uses iron in Lipofer form, combined with coenzyme Q10, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; it also plays a role in the process of cell division. Vitamin B12 supports normal functioning of the nervous system and red blood cell formation, while vitamin C increases iron absorption and, together with coenzyme Q10, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

Composition

Lipofer [maize starch, ferric pyrophosphate; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464); emulsifier: sunflower lecithins (E322)]; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate (E341); hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (E551), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid.

How to use

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning with a meal, swallowed whole with a glass of water or opened and its contents dissolved in water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and do not take in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
