Idravita Orange Flavour 12 Sachets of 6.25 g

When the body loses fluids and minerals due to heat, heavy sweating or sport, replenishing them becomes important. Idravita orange flavour by Humana is a food supplement in single-dose sachets based on mineral salts and sugars, formulated to help restore the fluid and electrolyte balance of adults and children alike.

The hypotonic solution promotes gradual absorption and good tolerability, while the orange flavour makes it pleasant to take, even for children. The product is gluten-free and the sachet format is handy to take to the gym, when travelling or at work.

Ingredients

Glucose, sodium chloride, maltodextrins, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, flavouring; sweetener: acesulfame K (E950); anti-caking agent: colloidal silica. Each sachet in 250 ml provides approximately 345 mg of sodium, 195 mg of potassium and 475 mg of citrates.

Directions for use

Dissolve one sachet (6.25 g) in 250 ml of water. For children, approximately 100 ml per kg of body weight is recommended; for adults, 1-2 litres a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose: food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
