How it works

Once taken, mannitol is neither digested nor absorbed: when it reaches the intestine it draws in water and increases the bulk in transit, thereby stimulating bowel movements and promoting evacuation quickly.

How to use

Take before or during meals with plenty of water. Adults: 20 to 30 g a day, equal to 2-3 blocks. Children over 10 kg: 5 to 10 g a day.
