Directions for use

Pour a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand and massage over the whole body with circular movements, focusing on the areas most prone to dryness such as elbows, knees and feet. Best used after a bath or shower, on still slightly damp skin, or at any time of day when dry skin needs nourishment.
