Aptodin Eso 30 Stick Packs

Aptodin Eso is a food supplement in stick packs to dissolve in water, designed for adults who want to support the well-being of their hair and nails. It contains Exocomplex, a freeze-dried fruit extract providing 5 billion plant exosomes, together with amino acids, plant extracts, vitamins and minerals.

Average values per stick pack

• Amino acids: L-cystine 200 mg, L-methionine 100 mg, L-arginine 6 mg (constituents of the keratin found in the hair structure) and taurine 25 mg
• Horsetail dry extract 100 mg, useful for the well-being of hair and nails
• Grape seed dry extract 40 mg, an antioxidant, standardised in proanthocyanidin B2 (2.8 mg)
• Melatonin 1 mg and Exocomplex 5 mg
• Biotin 150 mcg, zinc 12.5 mg and selenium 55 mcg: contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and healthy nails
• Iron 14 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg and pantothenic acid 6 mg

How to use

Dissolve 1 stick pack a day in a glass of water (200 ml). Pack of 30 stick packs of 1.94 g, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
