Magnesium and potassium are macroelements, i.e. they are widely distributed in our body.
Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, electrolyte balance and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and has a role in the process of cell division.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

How to use
Take one effervescent sachet after main meals, dissolved in a glass of cold still water. Do not exceed 3 sachets a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor. Also consult a doctor in case of overdose. Storage
Store at a controlled room temperature (15-30°C), avoiding exposure to localised heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging.
