Indications:
product consisting of a blend of essential oils extracted from herbs, roots, berries and other parts of plants.

Dosage and directions for use:
Very few drops (2-3) are enough for steam inhalations and foot washing; dilute 10 drops of product in 100 ml of base oil or cream for anti-rheumatic and toning massages; rub 5-6 drops of product onto your hands for after hair removal. For the hair: useful as a stimulating preventive treatment against hair loss and as an anti-dandruff. Distribute 6-7 drops onto dry hair, once or twice a day as needed. For the face: after shaving, pour a few drops of product onto your hands and massage over the whole face. This gives a pleasant refreshing and emollient effect that helps counteract the formation of wrinkles. For sport: after sporting activity, strain at work, muscle strains etc., massage the affected area with a few drops for at least two to three minutes. For the mouth: as a mouth freshener or against bad breath, add three or four drops to a glass of water and rinse until the desired effect is achieved. For the feet: massaging a few drops onto the feet, ankles and calves gives a pleasant feeling of freshness and a renewed desire to move. For a balsamic action: use in small doses in room diffusers, humidifiers and radiator humidifier trays to purify the air. In summer, sprayed into the room, it gives a pleasant feeling of woodland freshness and also helps keep away mosquitoes and annoying insects.
