Lacto 5

Food supplement of live lactic ferments and B-group vitamins.
The product contains 3 typed strains of lactic ferments and one transit strain, live and active, and helps promote the balance of the intestinal flora. It also contains B-group vitamins. This supplementation is important when the flora is deficient, following antibiotic use or dietary disorders that weaken it.

Ingredients
Food-grade gelatine, maize dextrin, short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and magnesium oxide; Probiotech® ABC compound (Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5® DSM13241; Bifidobacterium BB-12® DSM15954; Lactobacillus paracasei CRL431® ATCC55544; maltodextrin and sodium alginate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, brewer's yeast lysate (glucans), sodium phosphate, nicotinamide (niacin), Bacillus coagulans BC513 LMG S-24828 (on maltodextrin), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), acidity regulator: citric acid, riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12 with citric acid, sodium citrate, maltodextrin), colours: E171 and E172; coating agents: talc, E1420, glycerol, shellac.

Directions for use
One or two capsules a day are recommended, preferably away from meals. Take the capsule with a glass of water. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and take the powder diluted in water or other non-hot liquids.
