Directions for use
Take one tablespoon a day, approximately 7 ml (equal to 9 g).

Warnings
While taking the product, increased bloating may occur due to the conversion of toxins into gas and water. In some cases loose stools may occur (without causing tissue dehydration), which disappear after a few days as the amount of toxins decreases. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
