Description
Food supplement based on St John's Wort flowering tops dry extract, helpful in maintaining natural relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood, combined with Magnesium, Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and Folic acid, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
St John's Wort flowering tops dry extract, Magnesium oxide, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Anti-caking agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
The dry extracts are supported on maltodextrins.

Does not contain gluten.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast and 1 in the evening after dinner.

Warnings
If you are taking medicines, ask your doctor before using the product, as St John's Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, even inhibiting their activity. St John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice.
