Recolfos

food supplement of live probiotics (cultivated on exclusively plant-based media) and prebiotic fibre, useful for rebalancing the bacterial flora and intestinal function.

Ingredients
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
Adults: 1-2 sachets a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Children (over 3 years): 1 sachet a day.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a little water (about half a glass), stir and take immediately.
For preventive and acute use: the recommended dose should be taken for at least 10 days. For chronic conditions (chronic constipation or diarrhoea, IBS etc.): intake should be cyclical: 20 consecutive days every month. The product can be taken together with antibiotics, antidiarrhoeal drugs and intestinal immunostimulants, and its presence in the intestine does not interfere with the absorption of drugs and nutrients such as vitamins and mineral salts.

Warnings
If taking a course of antibiotics at the same time, take the product at least 3 hours apart from the antibiotic. Supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet, including adequate fluid intake.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of the sight and reach of children.
