Vaginal Douche

CE Medical Device.
Product used to prevent the proliferation of unwanted bacteria by keeping pH within physiological limits, to ease vaginal inflammation and to restore the vaginal microflora to physiological levels. The performance of the Medical Device is due to a mechanical action of the solution, assisted by a surfactant, aimed at removing from the vaginal mucosa an environment favourable to attack by pathogenic microorganisms. The solution also has a stimulating activity on the immune defences of the vaginal tissue (thanks to the inductive action of lactobacillus lysates). 0.2% chlorhexidine vaginal solution, which exerts a soothing, protective and rebalancing action, helping to prevent vaginal inflammatory states. Indicated for the treatment of vulvovaginitis of any origin and nature, characterised by slight vaginal discharge, itching, irritation, burning and vulvar pain.
At physiological pH it does not irritate the vaginal epithelium, even with continuous and prolonged use.

Directions for use
Vaginal irrigation can be carried out once or more a day. It is preferable to apply the product in the evening, before going to bed, for a period of at least three days. Shake the bottle well. Break the butterfly seal by twisting it. Carry out the douche by inserting the cannula while sitting on the bidet, or standing in the shower or bath. Let the douche flow out steadily by gently squeezing the bottle. Once finished, do not rinse with water.

Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to the product's components.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use the product in case of vaginal lesions or wounds.

Components
Active ingredients: chlorhexidine digluconate; α-bisabolol; lactobacillus lysates (lactobacillus bulgaricus, bifidobacterium bifidus, streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus acidophilus); lactic acid.
Excipients: purified water; simethicone; sodium cocoamphoacetate; propylene glycol; potassium sorbate; sodium benzoate; fragrance.
