Food supplement based on melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.

Other ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet with a little water, half an hour before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product in unopened packaging, correctly stored.
