Food supplement based on Magnesium, with B-group vitamins, useful in case of reduced dietary intake or increased requirements of these nutrients. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and together with vitamins B1, B5 and B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism; magnesium and pantothenic acid also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
Gluten-free.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium citrate; magnesium lactate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
1 tablet a day, swallowed with a liquid, preferably in the morning.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in unopened packaging.
