Description
Food supplement with melatonin, indicated in cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased requirements of this nutrient.
Its use may contribute to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag and to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, melatonin.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day.
The tablets should be swallowed with a liquid.
The beneficial effect on jet lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and continuing for a few days after arriving at your destination.
To reduce the time taken to fall asleep, take 1 mg shortly before bedtime.
