Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.*
Jujube and Passionflower extracts are particularly useful to promote physiological relaxation.
Lemon balm extract to support normal mood. Magnolia extract to support digestive function.**
Vitamins B6 and B3 contribute to normal psychological function.*

Water; Fructose
Emulsifier: Polysorbate 80; Niacin; Melatonin
Acidity regulators: Sodium lactate, Citric acid; Vitamin C
Preservative: Potassium sorbate; Pyridoxine hydrochloride; Natural orange flavouring
Thickener: Xanthan gum; Passionflower dry extract standardised to 4% total flavonoids expressed as vitexin (Passiflora incarnata L. aerial parts, Maltodextrin, Silica); Lemon balm dry extract standardised to 2% rosmarinic acid (Melissa officinalis L. leaves, Maltodextrin); Jujube dry extract standardised to 2% jujubosides (Ziziphus jujuba Miller seeds)
Sweetener: Sucralose; Magnolia dry extract standardised to 50% magnolol (Magnolia officinalis Rehder bark).

Directions for use
One spray, equal to 1 mg of melatonin, under the tongue 30 minutes before going to bed is recommended.
Shake before use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor before use.
