Food supplement of B-group vitamins, which may be indicated in cases of deficiency or increased requirement of these nutrients. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid, vitamin B12 and folate may be useful for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; the latter two also contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to normal psychological function, and have a role in the process of cell division. Gluten-free.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; food-grade gelatin capsule; niacin (nicotinamide); vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide: vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); biotin; colourings: E171, E172.

Directions for use
1 capsule a day, to be swallowed with some liquid, preferably in the morning at breakfast.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
