Description
Sametil is a food supplement made up of a group of functional substances that are physiologically present in our body. The ingredients help support mood by modulating the synthesis of certain neurotransmitters, and contribute to normal psychological function. Levo-methylfolate, S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine and some B-group vitamins such as Riboflavin B2, Pyridoxine B6 and Cyanocobalamin B12 act so that L-Tryptophan can be converted first into serotonin and then into melatonin, and L-Tyrosine can be converted first into dopamine and then into noradrenaline.

Ingredients
S-Adenosyl L-Methionine (SAMe), L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosine, Calcium L-Methylfolate (Vitamin B9), Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12.

Directions for use
1 tablet per day unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor.
To improve absorption of the ingredients, it is recommended to take the tablets away from meals.

Storage
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
