TUTTANOTTE RETARD

Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and extracts of valerian, passionflower and California poppy. Valerian, passionflower and California poppy are useful to support sleep. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. The controlled-release form allows a gradual and balanced supply of the product's components.

Ingredients
Maize maltodextrins, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., maize maltodextrin) root dry extract, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., maize maltodextrin) flowering tops dry extract, California poppy (Eschoscholtzia californica Cham, maize maltodextrin) flowering aerial parts dry extract; anti-caking agents: silica and magnesium stearate; melatonin.

Directions for use
Take one tablet in the evening, one hour before going to bed, swallowing with water. In case of jet lag, take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor.
