Ingredients
Food-grade gelatine; firming agent: glycerol; purified fish oil standardised in EPA and DHA, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

Directions for use
1 softgel a day contains EPA and DHA, which contribute to the normal function of the heart. 4 softgels a day contain 2 g of EPA/DHA, which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels.

Warnings
Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of combined EPA and DHA. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
