Combined with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, Libramed, thanks to its mechanism of action, is indicated for weight control in adults and children from 8 years of age.
Thanks to Policaptil Gel Retard, it acts in the intestine by forming a highly viscous gel that helps control the post-meal blood sugar peak, reducing the amount and speed of carbohydrate absorption (retard effect). This also leads to a reduction in hunger and post-meal drowsiness. In addition, through the same mechanism, Policaptil Gel Retard limits fat absorption, supports intestinal transit and regulates stool consistency.

Directions for use
Adults and teenagers over 12 years: 3 tablets before the two main meals.
Children aged 8 to 12 years: 2 tablets before the two main meals.
Take the indicated dose with a large glass of water, taking care to swallow one tablet at a time. Do not chew or break the tablet with your teeth. For those with swallowing difficulties, Libramed tablets can be dissolved in lukewarm water or unsweetened herbal teas, stirring until completely dissolved. The resulting drink must be swallowed within a few minutes, before the gel forms.

Warnings
Take the product at least two hours apart from medicines to avoid possible interference with their absorption. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components. Keep out of the reach of children. The expiry date refers to the product intact and correctly stored. The product does not replace a varied diet. Follow a low-calorie diet and regular physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, beyond three weeks, consult a doctor.
