Refalgin Paediatric Syrup 150 ml

Description
Indicated in the management of gastric reflux in order to reduce related symptoms such as: reflux oesophagitis, acid regurgitation, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, heartburn during pregnancy, poor digestion associated with reflux of gastric contents, cough, hoarseness and rhinopharyngeal inflammation.

Ingredients
Magnesium alginate, simethicone, xanthan gum, banana flavouring, sodium methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, citric acid, fructose, water.

Directions for use
Take at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medicines or other oral products so as not to interfere with their absorption. To be taken after meals and, if necessary, also before bedtime.
Infants up to 5 kg: 2.5-3.75 ml, 5-10 minutes after feeding. In case of regurgitation after administration, give an additional 1 ml.
- Up to 3 years of age: 5 ml after meals and at bedtime.
- From 4 to 12 years of age: 5-10 ml after meals and at bedtime.
- From 12 years of age: 10-15 ml after meals and at bedtime.
The duration of use depends on how symptoms evolve; if necessary, it can be used for prolonged periods.
