Food supplement with iron, copper and vitamin C, with dried baobab fruit pulp.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin C increases iron absorption, and copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body.
Iron deficiency is the most common mineral deficiency in humans, and unbalanced diets or intense sporting activity can make it worse.
Iron is an essential mineral for the body because it carries oxygen from the blood to the tissues via the red blood cells, supporting muscle work and the elimination of catabolic toxins.
Orodispersible Ferroguna provides 100% of the daily iron requirement in a highly absorbable form with excellent gastrointestinal tolerability.
It is particularly recommended as optimal support in cases of:
- increased need: during pregnancy, the postnatal period, breastfeeding, growth, old age, sporting activity
- reduced intestinal absorption: dietary deficiencies, intestinal diseases that impair iron absorption, vegetarian or vegan diet
- increased blood loss: physiological due to heavy periods, or pathological due to gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcer or gastrointestinal disorders.

How to use
Take 1 sachet of granules a day.
Let the contents of the sachet dissolve directly in the mouth, without water.
