Longlife Betaine HCl 90 Coated Tablets

Food supplement containing betaine, which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, and chloride, which contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Betaine hydrochloride (660 mg/tablet), thickeners (microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid and magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and glycerol), colouring (titanium dioxide).
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 3 tablets a day with water after a meal.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not take on an empty stomach, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in case of gastritis, gastro-oesophageal reflux or peptic ulcer. A daily intake above 4 grams (8 tablets) may cause a significant increase in blood cholesterol levels.
