Melasin•up

Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia and St John's wort, suitable in all physiological conditions of increased requirement for these elements. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time taken to fall asleep* and to the relief of the subjective feelings of jet lag**. Griffonia and St John's wort dry extracts support mental well-being and relaxation, as well as helping to maintain normal mood. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows rapid and prolonged release of the components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients
St John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L., flowering herb) dry extract standardised to hypericin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; oat (Avena sativa L., fructus) dry extract; vegetable stearin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., semen) dry extract; melatonin; coating agent: ethylcellulose; colouring: chlorophyll.

Directions for use
1 mini-tablet a day shortly before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking medicines, ask your doctor before using the product, because St John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St John's wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localised heat sources and sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
