Vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function. Directions for use 1-2 sachets a day after main meals. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir and drink immediately.
