Food supplement of magnesium, boswellia and L-tryptophan (a precursor of serotonin).
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.
- Boswellia helps counteract localised tension.
The product:
- is gluten-free and suitable for people with coeliac disease;
- contains no sodium and is suitable for people with high blood pressure;
- contains no lactose or milk derivatives;
- is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of its components.

Ingredients
Each sachet contains:
Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate) (225 mg), Boswellia (175 mg), L-tryptophan (150 mg).

Directions for use
Take 1 or 2 sachets a day dispersed in a glass of water (about 150 ml), after main meals (lunch and dinner).
Initially, the dose should be 2 sachets a day for at least 15 days.
Then continue with 1 sachet a day for at least 1 month.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
No scientific data are available on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Consult your doctor, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Storage
