Suitable whenever the body is deficient in iron, for example during pregnancy, breastfeeding, anorexia, malabsorption in older age, haemorrhage, inadequate diet, alcohol abuse, intense physical activity and rapid growth during childhood and adolescence.
Thanks to its bond with oxyproline, the iron is absorbed perfectly without risk of overload and without oxidative stress.
This particular formulation also helps regulate plasma lipids and the antioxidant balance.
These results are possible thanks to the particular formula of this product, which contains vitamins and minerals that help support normal iron metabolism.
The minerals it contains, such as Copper, Magnesium, Zinc and Manganese, allow the activation of the body's main antioxidant enzymes, improving defences against free radicals.

Ingredients
FOS (FructoOligoSaccharides), Magnesium Ascorbate, Capsule shell: Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Zinc Pidolate, Manganese Pidolate, Copper Bisglycinate, Sodium Selenite.

Directions for use
Take one capsule a day with a glass of water.

Notes
The capsules contain no preservatives and the only excipient is fructooligosaccharides (FOS, derived from chicory), which support the intestinal absorption of minerals.
As an anti-caking agent the capsules contain Magnesium stearate rather than talc; the capsule shell is of plant origin, suitable also for those following a vegan diet, and transparent, free from the titanium used to colour white capsules.
