Directions for use
At the first signs of discomfort, take 2 sachets a day, away from meals: 1 sachet in the morning on waking and 1 sachet in the evening before going to bed, dissolved in a little water and drunk immediately. Drinking 2 litres of water throughout the day is recommended.
