Description
Food supplement.
Useful support with bicarbonate and citrate salts of magnesium and potassium, which have an alkalising effect.
The formulation is characterised by the absence of calcium and sodium, with the advantage of not loading the body with salts we already consume in excess (sodium) or that can lead to relative deficiencies of copper and zinc and inhibit the regulatory response of the immune system (calcium).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Magnesium carbonate, magnesium pidolate (magnesium oxiprolinate), magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium ascorbate (vitamin C), potassium bicarbonate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: micronised silica and magnesium stearate.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 4 capsules a day with a glass of water.

Warnings
The capsules contain no preservatives.
As an anti-caking agent they contain magnesium stearate, not talc; the capsule shell is of plant origin, also suitable for those following a vegan diet, and transparent, without contamination from titanium, which is used as a colourant in white capsules.

Store at room temperature.
