OZOLID
Single-use ophthalmic gauze pads with a protective, moisturising and cleansing action for the eyelids and eyelashes, based on self-preserved ozonated vegetable oil, hypromellose and liposomes. Thanks to its components, OZOLID can be used daily to maintain the well-being of the periocular area in both adults and children.
OZOLID is indicated in combination with specific therapies in case of allergic, inflammatory or infectious eye conditions such as blepharitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, styes, etc.
OZOLID is also indicated for daily hygiene before and after eye surgery, in case of trauma to the periocular area and during treatment for tear duct occlusion.
Using OZOLID can reduce the risk of infections caused by bacteria present in secretions on the eyelids and eyelashes, and in preparation for surgery.
The ozonated, and therefore self-preserved, vegetable oil, hypromellose and liposomes have a solvent and emollient action on eye secretions, making them easier to remove mechanically.
Thanks to its components, OZOLID can be used daily to maintain the well-being of the periocular area.
Directions for use
After washing your hands thoroughly, open the sachet and remove the gauze pad. Gently wipe the gauze over the eyelid area with a few light circular movements, so as to properly remove eye secretions and any other deposits (smog, dust, etc.). In case of secretions that are difficult to remove or inflammation affecting the eyelid margin (blepharitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, styes), it is advisable to warm the closed sachet for a few minutes in lukewarm water (40°C) and then use the gauze as a warm compress. In case of swollen eyelids, it is advisable to cool the closed sachet in the fridge for at least an hour and then apply the gauze to the closed eyelids for a few minutes.
