Passiflora incarnata: a plant rich in flavonoids with relaxing properties; for this reason it may be useful in case of stress, tension and difficulty falling asleep.
Griffonia simplicifolia (dry extract standardised to 95% 5-HTP): a plant whose seeds contain 5-hydroxytryptophan, a direct precursor of serotonin.
The high percentage of 5-HTP may contribute to serotonin levels and, consequently, to normal mood.
Melatonin: a hormone produced by the pineal gland mainly during the night.
It is involved in regulating the sleep-wake cycle; it has a sleep-inducing action and also an antioxidant effect.

Ingredients
Water; stabiliser: erythritol; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers fluid extract; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica cham.) herb fluid extract; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill.] seed dry extract standardised to 95% 5-htp; feverfew [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) sch. bip.] herb with flowers dry extract standardised to 0.55% parthenolides; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin.
Directions for use
Take 10 drops twice a day, neat or dissolved in water.
To reduce the time taken to fall asleep, take 20 drops (1 mg of melatonin) shortly before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, take 10 drops (0.5 mg of melatonin) shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
For children over three years of age, 5 drops twice a day, neat or in water, is recommended.
For use in children under 3 years of age, seek medical advice.
