Description
Food supplement based on Psyllium, Glucomannan, Guar Gum and Chamomile extract. Thanks to Psyllium, it contributes to regular intestinal transit. Thanks to Psyllium and Chamomile, it has an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). Thanks to Psyllium, it has a prebiotic effect.

Ingredients
Psyllium, Glucomannan, Guar Gum and Chamomile extract.

Directions for use
Take 1 sachet a day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (150 ml), stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately. Any thickening of the preparation (gel formation) is a normal characteristic of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of Glucomannan and Guar Gum, there is a possible risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or if taken without adequate fluid intake. The product must always be taken with plenty of water to ensure that it reaches the stomach. For use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor. Do not take in case of suspected or known hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, colour may vary from batch to batch.
