Properties Coenzyme Q10: also called ubiquinone (or vitamin Q), it is a physiologically important molecule involved in cellular respiration.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium: contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium): helps to counter localised tension and menstrual cycle discomfort and supports joint function.
Ginger (Zingiber officinalis Roscoe): a herbaceous plant of the Zingiberaceae family grown in many tropical and subtropical regions. In addition to its physiological anti-nausea effect, ginger helps to counter localised tension and menstrual cycle discomfort and supports joint function.

Directions for use Take 1-2 sachets a day dissolved in a glass of water or another non-hot drink. Concentrated product to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water or another non-hot drink (equal to one full glass).
