Kudzu: rich in isoflavones such as puerarin and genistein, which can act on neurotransmitters such as serotonin, glutamate and GABA; thanks to its properties it may help support mental wellbeing and relaxation during periods of stress.

Griffonia: useful for nervous and psychological wellbeing. Most of griffonia's properties are attributable to the presence in its seeds of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), an essential amino acid that is a precursor of serotonin. Griffonia supports relaxation and mental wellbeing and helps maintain normal mood.

L-tryptophan: an amino acid essential to our body but not synthesised by the human body, which is why it must be supplemented. Tryptophan is involved in the production of many proteins and is the precursor of serotonin and melatonin.

Magnesium: magnesium is essential for the activity and balance of the nervous system; it has a relaxing and calming action, reduces the excitability of nerves and muscles, reduces adrenaline secretion and is effective in easing cramps and relieving tension (for example in cases of headache and nervousness).

Hydrolysed milk proteins: alpha-casozepine, a bio-peptide within a milk protein, has natural relaxing properties, has a GABA-agonist action useful for stress control and lowers plasma levels of cortisol (the stress hormone). Hydrolysed milk proteins therefore have a relaxing action in emotional states and in painful and tense conditions. They may also help reduce the intensity and effects of stress.

Relaxmel: a product "created in the hive" by bees fed with a blend of selected medicinal herbs including Passiflora incarnata, Lavandula angustifolia, Avena sativa, Vitex agnus-castus, Inula helenium, Humulus lupulus.

Directions for use Take 1 vial a day. Shake well before use and consume immediately.
