Description
Complex of 12 vitamins and 2 minerals.
The vitamins it contains help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism (vit. C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12).
Optimised formula.

Ingredients
Acerola juice powder [Malpighia glabra L., fruit, maltodextrins, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)], zinc gluconate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B8 (D-biotin), B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and B12 (methylcobalamin); anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate and vegetable magnesium stearate; bulking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), chromium chloride.
Vegetable capsule (tapioca pullulan).
Suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet.

Directions for use
Adults: 1 to 2 capsules a day.
Children from 10 years and teenagers: 1 capsule a day.
