Food supplement. Vitamin D3 contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and normal muscle function, and contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate; coating agent: type 1 vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); plant-based vitamin D3 from lichen (cholecalciferol).

How to use
Adults: take 1 capsule a day (2,000 IU a day) immediately after a meal.
Children aged 3 to 10: 1 capsule every 5 days (400 IU a day).
Teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 capsule every 4 days (500 IU a day).
Take the capsule immediately after a meal.
