Description
Food supplement based on vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, the biochemical form physiologically present in the human body. Useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased requirement for this nutrient. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to normal homocysteine metabolism. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: mannitol; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; natural flavouring: cherry; thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

How to use
Dissolve slowly in the mouth or under the tongue, or chew 1 tablet a day, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if the outer seal of the bottle is missing or damaged. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity.
