Description
Food supplement based on psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.). Psyllium seeds support regular intestinal transit, have an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, help modulate nutrient absorption and also support lipid and carbohydrate metabolism.

Ingredients
Powdered psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
Swallow 4 vegetable capsules one hour before lunch and 4 vegetable capsules one hour before dinner, with plenty of water.
